3. Changed Your Mind? Optional Fees Can Be Refunded

If you purchased Shipping Protection or added a Tip and later wish to remove that charge, you may contact us for a full refund of the applicable optional amount.
No additional explanation is required.
This applies even when your main merchandise order has already been dispatched.
For example, if Shipping Protection or a Tip was selected unintentionally during checkout, you may still request reimbursement of that specific optional charge.
Any approved refund under this section applies only to the Shipping Protection or Tip amount concerned and does not, by itself, cancel or refund the merchandise in your order.
