Can it replace a full-size processor?
It is designed for small, everyday prep jobs, not as a replacement for a full-size food processor. Work in small batches and use short presses to check the texture.
How do I clean it?
Switch it off and disconnect the charging cable before cleaning. Remove the motor top, then carefully clean the cup and removable blade. Wipe the motor top only; do not immerse it in water. Handle the sharp blade with care and follow the supplied instructions.
